Both spouses filed cross-restraining orders, and temporary orders were issued to both.

After two years, we finally went to trial to determine who truly deserved protection. Despite Husband's conviction in criminal court, he doubled down in family court—hiring a strong legal team, walking into court with a smirk on his face, confidently lying under oath, and manipulating evidence in his favor. We fought back hard—exposing his lies, proving his evidence was fabricated, and showing that he was the primary aggressor.

The Court found that Husband was not credible on the witness stand, that his evidence was misleading, and that he was the instigator and true abuser. After an intense three-day trial, the Court ruled in our client's favor, ordering a 5-year domestic violence restraining order against Husband, and dismissing the case against Wife in its entirety.
