$175,000 of Separate Property recovered
Our client, the wife in a marriage of over 22 years, held separate property claims of approximately $175,000, largely traceable to funds she contributed before commingling. Her husband disputed the claims without good cause, withheld his financial disclosures, and used delay tactics to drain her ability to litigate. We traced her separate property contributions through bank records, title documents, and retirement account statements. At judgment, our client recovered her separate property in full.
